Return of Culture Day

Friends-
2010 will mark the return of Culture Day. For those who don't know/remember it works like this: I pick a source of culture every month that I am going to. I will give you all the necessary details, when, where, how much, what time, etc. If it sounds interesting, meet me there. Its that simple. I am going to try to make these excursions on the second Saturday of every month. The destination will be no more than a day's trip (NYC to DC and Harrisburg to the Jersey Shore). I have Jan through April and July already figured out, I'm open to suggestions for the remaining months. Some other places I am considering but have not set a date to are Philadelphia Zoo, Camden Aquarium and a weekend camping trip (no ever said culture only comes from a city).

January 8: Body Worlds @ the Franklin Institute
This is a time ticketed event. Purchase your tickets for the 12pm time slot.

February 13: Tim Burton @ MoMA
This is a time ticketed event. Purchase your tickets for the 12pm time slot.

March 13: Terracotta Warriors @ The National Geographic Museum

April 10: Picasso and the Avant-Garde in Paris @ The Philadelphia Museum of Art

July 10: Philadelphia Phillies v Cincinnati Reds

August 14: ?

October 9: ?

November 13: ?

December 11: ?

I hope everyone is as excited about this as I am. I missed doing it the past few years and I'm looking forward to bringing it back.
